What does the caller pay?

If you get a virtual geographic number or a national number in Belgium, your caller would be responsible for local charges assessed by their local telecom provider for dialing a local number. If your caller is calling from outside Belgium, he/she will incur whatever charges their long distance provider assesses for making an international call to Belgium.

What does the account holder pay?
